This week I had the pleasure of attending the Rouge & White party to raise awareness of the Hotchkiss Brain Institute. It was a great event put on by some of Calgary’s most notable chefs, to highlight the great work that is being done in the province on neurological diseases and damage from strokes and aneurysms, but also to ease the natural deterioration of brain functions. It’s a great charity so check it out!
Also, enjoy the rest of the food porn this week.
