Gabriel Hall (aka “Le Voyage Gourmand”) is a Canadian food writer and photographer, specializing in telling stories about food, drink, culinary culture, chefs, and the impacts they have in all corners of the world.

Combining his business and management background with his passion for food, he has quickly established himself as a pillar in the Canadian culinary community, and an ally to chefs, bartenders, producers, and industry staff in Canada.

Gabriel Hall has served on best restaurant panels, attended international chef events such as Cook it Raw, is an occasional host for the VISA Infinite dining series, and has worked closely with the Canadian chef community.
