With the recent food craze people have decided they want to express their love for everything the put in their mouth and most recently by putting food on your body. Since I’m always in need of new clothes I decided to support two local groups by getting some new gear.
Pierre and Candace launched Food on Your Shirt yesterday. In fact, I was their first customer. Using Pierre’s (aka Kitchen Scraps) drawing talents they are doing unique wearable food art.
Or, if you want street wear and need to dress your brigade in the kitchen, Medium Rare Chef has both tees, hoodies and hats, as well as chef jackets, aprons, and hats that they can brand for you.
If you want to show your support for the Calgary food scene, or need a gift for a crazy food nerd, these are 2 awesome alternatives if a leg of cured jamon isn’t readily available.
